We are looking for a Market Leader to take full ownership of the Chicagoland market — building the team, driving performance, and scaling revenue. This is not a management role. This is a build-and-scale leadership position. This role is for someone who wants to run a business, not just have a job. Opportunity You will be responsible for growing and leading an entire market. From sales to operations to team development… You will drive performance and help scale the business toward 8 figures in revenue — fast.
