Market Leader — Chicagoland TORQ Coatings | Market Ownership & Growth Leadership Full-Time | On-Site Field Own the Market. Build the Team. Drive the Growth. TORQ Coatings is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding aggressively across the Midwest. We are looking for a Market Leader to take full ownership of the Chicagoland market — building the team, driving performance, and scaling revenue. This is not a management role. This is a build-and-scale leadership position. This role is for someone who wants to run a business, not just have a job. Opportunity You will be responsible for growing and leading an entire market. From sales to operations to team development… You will drive performance and help scale the business toward 8 figures in revenue — fast.
