About the Role:

Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a skilled and driven Foreman to lead our crews in delivering top-quality foundation and basement repair work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact every day — guiding your team, ensuring job site excellence, and helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct field crew members on residential and commercial foundation repair job sites

Oversee daily operations including excavation, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage system installation

Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards

Communicate with project managers and office staff regarding job progress, materials, and scheduling

Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship

Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise on the job

Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and crew hours

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or general construction

Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred

Working knowledge of foundation systems, drainage, and basement waterproofing techniques

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment

Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality results on every job
