Keep reading.PDF Seal is searching for a Press Assistant to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY location.PDF Seal produces pre-die cut foil lids to seal cups and trays for both consumer and food service packaged products. ProMach is performance, and the proof is in every package.Learn more about Modern at and more about ProMach at DESCRIPTION:PDF Seal is searching for a Press Assistant to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY location.Responsibilities include the following:· Maintain the mounting and ink area in a clean and organized manner· Mixing ink to required specifications· Mount and de-mount plates· Move materials and supplies within the facility to support production· Set up jobs according to specifications of order· Assist with press clean up· Maintaining the ink shelf· Adhere to company GMPs and perform job is a safe manner· Perform job according to written company standard operating procedures· Other duties as assigned by managerJOB REQUIREMENTS:· High School diploma preferred· 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred· Excellent attendance and punctuality· Good communication skills to follow instructions, preferably in English· Able to work independently and with a team· Flexible and organized· Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions· Good interpersonal skills to successfully interact with team members· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment· Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job doneQualifications: PreferredTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupDedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integritySelf-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside helpGoal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksFlexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goalsEducation: PreferredHigh School or better.Experience: Preferred1 year: ManufacturingBase Salary Range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr.Please note that the pay ranges listed on external job boards, outside our posting details, do not accurately reflect our internal compensation ranges.What’s in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
