Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Replenishment

• Monitor daily inventory levels across multiple DIGISO retail locations and warehouses.
• Prepare weekly store replenishment reports based on sales performance, current inventory, and incoming shipments.
• Identify best-selling beauty products, fast-moving items, low-stock products, and slow-moving inventory.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment with store managers and purchasing teams.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Help prevent stockouts, overstocking, and duplicate purchases.

Purchasing & Beauty Merchandising Support

• Work with popular Korean and Japanese skincare, makeup, and lifestyle brands.
• Assist with purchase order preparation, review, and tracking.
• Analyze product sales trends and identify customer purchasing preferences.
• Support new product launches and inventory distribution across stores.
• Work closely with our purchasing team to support product selection and replenishment decisions.
• Stay informed about trending beauty products and emerging brands.

Product Data & Inventory Accuracy

• Maintain accurate SKU, UPC/barcode, pricing, and product information.
• Assist with setting up new products in inventory management and POS systems.
• Verify product information against packing slips, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Identify and resolve inventory and product-data discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze store-level sales performance and inventory turnover.
• Prepare inventory and replenishment reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and POS systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and purchasing accuracy.
• Communicate with store managers and headquarters teams regarding inventory needs.
• Support additional retail operations and administrative projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in K-Beauty, J-Beauty, skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and product data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory management, retail operations, purchasing, or merchandising is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, Square POS, or inventory management software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
