This role is ideal for a litigation attorney who thrives on variety, wants meaningful responsibility, and enjoys handling sophisticated matters from beginning to end.The OpportunityThis position offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation and the chance to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced trial lawyers in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is confident managing a litigation file and eager to continue sharpening courtroom and client-facing skills.Responsibilities include:Handling cases from inception through resolutionDrafting pleadings, motions, and discoveryTaking and defending depositionsDeveloping case strategy and working directly with clientsArguing motions and participating in trialsAssisting with appeals on select mattersPractice ScopeThe firm's general litigation practice is broad and dynamic, offering exposure to a wide range of substantive areas, including:Business and Commercial DisputesReal Estate LitigationIntellectual Property (Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secret Misappropriation)Personal Injury and Wrongful DeathProposition 65 MattersConsumer Actions (CLRA, UCL, and related statutes)Construction LitigationHospitality Industry DisputesProfessional NegligenceOther complex civil litigation mattersExperience in every area is not required.
