General Litigation Attorney (5 to 10 yrs. experience)

Newport Beach area law firm seeking a general litigation attorney with five to ten years' experience to join our growing practice group.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work on different types of cases and able to assist with handling a litigation file from start to finish, including, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, taking depositions, trials, and even at times appeals.

Our general litigation practice group handles a broad range of matters.

The new hire should have experience or be willing to practice in the following areas:

· Business/Commercial Disputes

· Business Disputes

· Intellectual Property, including Trademarks, Copyright, and Misappropriation of

Trade Secret Litigation

· Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

· Proposition 65

· Consumer Actions, like CLRA and UCL

· Construction

· Hospitality

· Professional Negligence

· And Others

Base Compensation: $165,000 to $205,000 per year, depending on experience, before any potential performance, hourly or origination bonus.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
