Mechanic

Nashoba Valley Ski Area is hiring mechanics. We are hiring Entry Level, Mid‑Level, and Experienced Mechanics to join our year‑round maintenance team. If you enjoy working on a wide variety of equipment — from ATVs and golf carts to tractors, trucks, and aerial lifts — this is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a fun, outdoor environment. What You’ll Work On: ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, tractors, and company vehicles Aerial lifts and surface lifts (training provided) Small engines, hydraulics, electrical systems Heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders Seasonal equipment including snowmobiles and snow groomers Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and lifts Operate heavy equipment as needed Support snowmaking and mountain operations during winter General maintenance tasks as needed (light carpentry, basic repairs) Maintain a safe, clean, organized shop environment What We’re Looking For: Mechanical aptitude — junior to experienced techs welcome Experience with small engines, automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment Ability to work independently and with a team Willingness to learn new equipment and systems Schedule: Seasonal shifts may include early mornings or evenings Free season pass Family ski pass discounts Training on aerial lifts, snowcats, and ski‑industry equipment Eligible for Competitive Medical Insurance Plans Fun, team‑oriented environment If you enjoy hands‑on work, variety, and being part of a tight‑knit mountain operations team, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
