Operating on a stable 4 on, 2 off rotating schedule, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and oversee the care team to ensure the highest standards of safety and resident wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Nursing: Administer medications, treatments, and ordered therapies according to resident care plans.Resident Monitoring: Assess resident conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the RN or physician.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) and shift reports.Team Leadership: Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on duty to ensure seamless daily care.Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for residents, family members, and attending physicians.QualificationsActive, unencumbered California LVN license.Current CPR / BLS certification.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of skilled nursing/long-term care regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems preferred.Benefits & PerksHighly competitive hourly pay ($43–$45/hr)Predictable, consistent scheduling (4 days on, 2 days off)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leaveRetirement savings plans and career advancement opportunitiesCypress Ridge Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are an equal opportunity employer.
