Assess patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using various standardized assessments and observational methods.

Create individualized treatment plans that target immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy interventions that address communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.

Engage with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop comprehensive care strategies.

Provide guidance and education to patients and their families, empowering their progress beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the patient's journey.

Maintain accurate and prompt documentation in accordance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Commit to ongoing education and collaboration with peers to remain at the forefront of the profession.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches suitable for all age groups, with a deep understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Ability to incorporate diverse cultural and linguistic needs into therapy techniques.

Robust clinical judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Competent with electronic medical records and documentation standards.
