Job Description:
As a Salesforce Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex CRM and customer engagement requirements. This role involves working across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, leading technical implementations, supporting integrations, and ensuring solutions align with long-term business and technology objectives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership, driving release management activities, and ensuring adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather and define technical requirements for projects and enhancements.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals and performance objectives.

• Lead and manage Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and application updates.

• Provide technical ownership and oversight of Salesforce environments and implementation activities.

• Establish and maintain Salesforce development standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Collaborate with development teams across multiple platforms to support enterprise integrations.

• Ensure all solutions comply with security standards and secure application lifecycle practices.

• Deliver technical leadership and communicate solution strategies to technical and executive stakeholders.

• Develop knowledge transfer and training plans to support successful transition to ongoing operations and support teams.

• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.

• Design, document, and support enterprise architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms and integrations.

• Manage technical change management processes, release governance, and deployment activities.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.

• Demonstrated experience across all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, limitations, and best practices.

• 4+ years of experience developing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML5, and JavaScript.

• Strong expertise with Salesforce configuration tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and XML.

• Hands-on experience implementing OAuth and other authentication protocols for third-party integrations.

• Experience developing Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex solutions.

• Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation activities, including data migrations, integrations, AppExchange products, data quality, and custom development.

• Strong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), branch management, code merging, and deployment processes.

• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud environments.

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Sites.

• Experience migrating Salesforce Classic applications to Lightning Experience.

• Experience migrating legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Experience Sites.

• 5+ years of experience customizing GoMeddo Scheduling or similar scheduling platforms.

• 5+ years of experience working with Conga Composer.

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• 2+ years of experience implementing API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

• Experience supporting data migration, cloud integration, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, and Experience Cloud certifications are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments, cloud security standards, and large-scale enterprise implementations is a plus.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
