Benefit Summary:
Closed on Sunday, Free Uniform (shirt and pants), Health Insurance Eligibility for full-time Team Member, 1 free meal per 4-hour shift, Free visits with an in-house Chaplain, Scholarships
Summary of Position Responsibilities:
Learn and effectively execute all Chick-fil-A kitchen positions, processes and standards, from breading and frying, to boxing and delivery to Guests.
Assist the team in creating fast and accurate service for our Guests by following the Chick-fil-A routines and quality standards, while prepping, cooking and packaging our products.
Maintain food and facility safety practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for both our Team Members and our Guests.
Go above and beyond, working as a team to create the best experience for all of our Guests and each other.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Available to work Friday and Saturday
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all time
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Be able to repetitively bend over, twist, reach at, below and above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
