Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina for over 28 years, TBE employs more than 90 professionals.TBE is seeking a talented and detail-oriented entry-level Graphic Designer with one to two years of professional experience to support the company's branding, marketing, business development, and proposal initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Branding, this role is responsible for creating and producing high-quality proposals, presentations, print and digital materials, and event graphics that align with TBE's brand standards and project requirements.The Graphic Designer will develop layouts, format content, update graphics, prepare production-ready files, and maintain organized creative assets. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong technical and organizational skills, has excellent attention to detail, and can manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This collaborative role requires the ability to follow established brand standards while communicating complex technical information through clear, accurate, and engaging visuals.
