Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students and educators as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this flexible role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering targeted behavior support and classroom coaching within PreK and Kindergarten settings. Starting in August 2026 and continuing through early June 2027, you’ll make a positive difference rotating across classrooms each quarter, fostering learning environments where young children can thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Demonstrated experience supporting behavior management in early childhood or school environments is highly valued
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (minimum three days on-site weekly)
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to succeed in both in-person and flexible hybrid arrangements
• Commitment to completing all observations in person as required
• Ability to pass an in-person background check, with processing times ranging from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the season

Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom observations and apply evidence-based behavior interventions for PreK and Kindergarten students
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to classroom staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with educators to design tailored strategies and implement effective behavior management plans
• Rotate among designated classrooms quarterly, building relationships with various students and teachers
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress and recommendations with educational team members
