This is a hybrid position once fully trained: Tues thru Thurs in office; Mon & Fri work from home.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesProduce journal entries, banking and account reconciliations.Prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements.Analyze budget and actual results to report variances.Support integration of new acquisitions as needed.Compile a monthly reporting package for each property.Other accounting responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned.Qualifications NeededBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable work experience.Experience with GAAP financial statements.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Must possess strong organizational, analytical, and oral & written communication skills.Be detail oriented while multi-tasking in a fast-paced company.Ability to adapt quickly to change, working effectively in a demanding environment.Must love diversity and work well with all personality types.Takes initiative, looking for areas of improvement and possess a commitment to following through on changes.Works well independently with minimal supervision.Great Plains experience a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurance including medical, dental and visionLife and Disability InsurancesPaid Time OffGenerous Holiday ScheduleMonthly on-site car washes401(k) matching with no waiting periodEmployee assistance programReferral programA great team!DiscountsHealth & Fitness PartnershipsLegalEntertainmentComputers & ElectronicsLead Together!
