Bar Manager - Beer Program Focus Position Summary We are looking for a full-time Bar Manager to lead and grow the beer side of our bar operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong beer knowledge, hands‑on leadership skills, and a passion for creating a great guest experience. The Bar Manager will oversee beer service, inventory, team performance, and day‑to‑day bar operations while helping maintain high standards in quality, consistency, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations with a strong focus on beer service and beer program quality Maintain deep knowledge of beer styles, brands, draft systems, pairings, and seasonal offerings Train and support bartenders and bar staff on beer knowledge, service standards, and upselling Monitor inventory, ordering, keg rotation, and product freshness Help develop beer menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance behind the bar Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for bar staff Communicate clearly with ownership, kitchen, and front‑of‑house team members Help manage labor, bar costs, and waste control Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Requirements Strong knowledge of beer, including styles, draft beer systems, and product handling Previous bar management or leadership experience preferred Full‑time availability Must be available to work nights and weekends Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay organized under pressure Reliable, proactive, and team‑oriented Experience with inventory and ordering is preferred Compensation & Benefits Full‑time position Bonus opportunities based on performance Competitive pay based on experience Ideal Candidate The right person is a confident leader who knows beer, communicates well, supports their team, and takes pride in running an efficient, guest‑focused bar operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
