Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Position: Cook (full-time and part-time) Location: Bank of America – 31303 Agoura Road, Westlake, CA 91361 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (full-time and part-time options available) Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour Employee Referral Bonus: Available Job Summary Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations. Ensures quality food service and maintains cleanliness and safety at all times. Responsibilities Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules. Serve meals or prepare them for delivery using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the proper temperature and is attractive and tasty; taste all prepared items. Use ticket‑collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records of area worked. Clean kitchen after preparation and service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and store or discard excess food safely. Keep refrigerators, storerooms and equipment clean and organized. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed. Assist in production planning, record‑keeping and reporting. Help with ordering and receiving food and supplies. Report maintenance issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately. Attend in‑service and safety meetings. Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers. Perform work safely while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Ensure proper presentation, portion control and temperature maintenance following HACCP standards. Commit to personal and team safety. Follow all company policies and procedures, including wearing medium‑weight cut gloves, oven or fryer gloves, slip‑resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques. Requirements Experience as a Cook or in Food Service is required. Willingness to receive on‑the‑job training.
