• Cardiology • Internal Medicine • Post Anesthetic Care Unit • Ophthalmology • Emergency & Critical Care

About You

• Licensed Veterinary Technician required (VTIT will be considered)
• 2+ years working in a veterinary clinic
• Emergency or specialty experience a plus
• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing high-level patient and client care

Experience With

• Venipuncture, catheter placement, and diagnostic sample collection
• Anesthesia monitoring, sedation, and procedures
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy
• Medication calculation and administration (IV, IM, SQ)
• Diagnostic imaging assistance (radiographs, ultrasound support)
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate nursing care
• Surgical prep, sterile technique, and instrument handling
• Patient monitoring and pain scoring, with trend recognition

Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation
  • Base Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour
  • Swing Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
  • Overnight Differential: +$4.00/hour
• Schedule
  • Specialty will consist of four-10 hour shifts, some include one weekend day
  • ECC is open to days, swings and overnights at our Main and North locations
    • Options to work four 10-hour or three 12-hour shifts
