- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
- Knowledge of and experience in:
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
- Performing building maintenance and equipment repairs
- Responding to immediate safety and/or operational concerns (i.e. facility damage, vandalism, alarms, etc.) for the purposes of taking appropriate action or notifying appropriate personnel for resolution
- Performing other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
- The use and care of all custodial equipment.
