What You'll Do Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents. Dig into legal research and analysis that directly shapes case strategy. Advise clients clearly and confidently on their options and likely outcomes. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Represent clients at depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings. Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies. What You'll Bring A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California State Bar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail. Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures. Litigation, negotiation, and trial experience.
