QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant Location: Boston Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch) Job Role of the Quality Assurance Assistant The Quality Assurance Assistant will act as a key support function between the QA team, Technical team, Production and Customer-facing departments within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a varied role with roughly 40% of time spent in the factory and 60% office based, supporting with customer complaints, quality investigations, reporting, audits, technical administration and retailer compliance activities. You will work closely with QA, Technical and Production teams to ensure food safety, quality standards and customer requirements are maintained across the site.
