The location in Hawesville, (Kentucky, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Journey Mechanic. This job is full-time permanent. Journey Mechanic Job Description: The primary function of the Journey Mechanic is to keep equipment and machinery operational through maintenance, preventive maintenance, fabrication, replacement, installation, and rebuilding parts and equipment. Successful New Hires will earn (1) week of Paid Vacation at 6 Months of Employment and will be eligible for an additional week of Vacation after 1 year of Service; and will also receive (12) Paid Holidays annually. Position Requirements: A personal dedication to safety, including proactive support of efforts to create a culture of safety excellence A high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) Three to five (3-5) years of industrial maintenance experience as a Journey Mechanic or an Associate's Degree in the mechanical maintenance technology field with 1-2 years of experience.
