Senior Construction Recruiter - Build Top Teams

Brasfield & Gorrie

A leading construction firm is seeking a highly motivated recruiter to join their Dallas office. This position focuses on building relationships with hiring managers and managing the recruiting process from start to finish. Candidates should possess strong networking skills, have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, and preferably a Bachelor's degree. The role includes sourcing candidates, maintaining databases, and ensuring a positive interview experience.
