This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort and safety of your home. As a Mental Health Counselor with Inner Harmony Therapy, you will work in an outpatient office setting, predominantly engaging with clients through video chat. Our user-friendly counselor portal streamlines administrative tasks, permitting you to focus primarily on your therapeutic work and your clients’ needs.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions for clients via video conferencing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will predominantly work with stable, low-acuity adult clients presenting a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state-issued mental health license, permitting independent practice. We welcome applicants with the following licenses:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

\n
• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have no history of disciplinary actions against their license.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills coupled with a genuinely sympathetic nature, capable of building rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate teletherapy platforms and maintain accurate digital client records.
\n
• A reliable computer equipped with audio and video capabilities for conducting sessions.
\n
• A stable internet connection to support uninterrupted video meetings.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or teletherapy setting.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a virtual team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on the counselor's availability and hours of operation. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive sign-on bonus, direct deposit on a weekly basis, and a monthly healthcare stipend designed to support full-time counselors in managing their health-related expenses.
