Events Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our on-site team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be central to the planning and delivery of face-to-face brand activations and customer engagement events — representing leading brands in front of live audiences across the Dallas metro area.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments and is looking to build a credible career in events and experiential marketing from day one.
What the role involves:
• Coordinate the logistics and on-site delivery of brand activations, promotional events, and customer engagement campaigns
• Act as the on-site lead during activations, managing the customer experience and ensuring smooth execution
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all events run to schedule and to standard
• Engage professionally with customers and members of the public throughout each activation
• Compile post-event feedback, attendance data, and performance summaries for review
Ideal candidate:
• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or Business
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and adaptable in a live event environment
• Confident communicator — comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
• Available for flexible scheduling including occasional evenings
