Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines_ **2026 Cohorts** **Units Offered:** New graduate RN full-time positions may be offered on the following units (availability fluctuates for each start date based on campus needs): + Medical/Surgical Specialty + PCUs + Critical Care* + Emergency Department* *Availability subject to change. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** + Associates of Nursing from accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred + Must have less than one (1) year of experience + Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years + Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline) + Current BLS from the American Heart Association. + Professional Resume. **Pay Range:** $31.53 - $52.24 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening** , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
