Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office (full licensing support provided) Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting Our agency provides full guidance and support throughout the licensing process to help you successfully complete the requirements. Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will help deliver the exceptional customer experience that supports the success of the agency. You will assist policyholders with service needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure customers receive accurate and timely support. While this role is primarily service-focused, the ideal candidate will also be able to identify opportunities where customers may benefit from additional coverage and appropriately connect those opportunities with our sales team.
