Automation Lead: Injection Molding & Plant Optimization
IPL Schoeller
IPL Schoeller in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Automation Lead to oversee and optimize our plant automation maintenance program across a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will coordinate PM/repair work with the Operations and Maintenance teams, manage spare parts inventories, and ensure safety and QA compliance while driving efficiency improvements and plant expansions.
