What You'll Do: Be a Guide, Support Growth & Learning: Supervise and support weekend shelter staff, offering training and feedback. Model Best Practices: Incorporate and lead by example with Trauma Informed Care, Positive Youth Development, Harm Reduction, and Collaborative Problem Solving. Ensure Consistent Operations: Maintain safe facilities and staff support. Document the Journey: Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring that our programs have the data they need to thrive and continue serving those who need it most.
