Marketing Specialist

The Role We're looking for an Agentic AI Marketing Specialist: someone who treats AI agents as a core part of how marketing gets built, not just a productivity add-on. You'll design and run agentic workflows that handle the repeatable parts of marketing (drafting content, assembling campaign assets, researching prospects and events, pulling reporting together) so the team can spend more time on strategy, creative direction, and the work that actually needs a human. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support our growth goals and amplify our brand across the CMMC and defense contractor community. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B software or technology company. Hands-on experience building or operating agentic AI workflows for marketing tasks: content drafting, campaign asset generation, research, or reporting, using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar agent platforms. Comfort with prompt engineering and iterating on AI output until it hits the right brand voice and quality bar, rather than accepting the first draft. Experience connecting AI agents into the rest of the marketing stack (CRM, email, social scheduling, project management tools) to automate multi-step processes. A strong desire to develop high-impact creative assets across digital, print, and interactive formats. Hands-on experience with event marketing, webinars, content creation, and social media. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your voice to fit the audience. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. A creative thinker who loves generating ideas and turning them into action. Responsive, proactive, and dependable: someone your team can count on.
