Sigma, Inc. is a reputable staffing company dedicated to matching skilled individuals with top-tier opportunities across the U.S. We are currently hiring a Warehouse Worker – Industrial to join our client's operations team in Spencer, IA for a 11 weeks contract.

As a Warehouse Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling, moving, and organizing goods in a safe and efficient manner.

Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts or other equipment.

Count, weigh, and record materials or containers accurately.

Package goods, move stock, and fulfill orders within the warehouse or between production areas.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety, including sweeping, spill cleanup, and organization.

Assist in loading and unloading semi-trailers as needed.

Forklift and warehouse experience required

Ability to read and speak English fluently

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Steel-toed shoes required

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge of general safety and environmental procedures
