Job Description

As a Cook at Leeann Chin, you'll be at the heart of our operations, preparing our signature Asian dishes with skill and precision. You'll contribute to an environment that values teamwork and quality, ensuring every guest enjoys the delicious food we're known for.

Responsibilities:

• Master of the Wok: Skillfully prepare a variety of menu items, including stir-frying entrees and preparing appetizers, following established recipes and quality standards
• Prep & Portion: Efficiently prep and portion ingredients and keep your station stocked
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet our high standards
• Kitchen Procedures: Follow standard batch sizes, cooking methods, and all kitchen policies and procedures
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including prep areas, storage, equipment, and utensils
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (bending, reaching, lifting)
• Comfortable working with various ingredients, including meats and seafood
• Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule
