Titan Trades CNC is hiring experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians for a 90-day industrial assignment in Rochester, New York. This opportunity is for experienced technicians who can independently perform mold changes, press setups, startups, processing and troubleshooting in a production injection molding environment.

This is not an entry-level operator position. We are looking for technicians who can step into an active molding operation and contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes, mold installation and removal  Set up injection molding presses and safely start production Establish, adjust and stabilize molding processes  Troubleshoot molding defects and process variation Support production uptime and consistent part quality  Document process conditions and communicate effectively across shifts Work independently with limited supervision

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on injection molding setup and processing experience  Experience troubleshooting injection molding processes Experience with hydraulic and/or electric injection molding equipment  Two-shot molding experience is a plus Experience working with large industrial injection molding presses is preferred

The facility operates Toshiba, Haitian, Engel and KraussMaffei injection molding equipment ranging approximately from 45–730 tons, including two-shot equipment.

Assignment

Location: Rochester, NY

Initial assignment: 90 daysSchedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week

Openings: 2 Shifts available: B Shift and C Shift Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Travel

This position requires travel to Rochester, New York. Titan Trades CNC provides a daily per diem while you are away on assignment. Initial travel to the assignment and return travel at completion are also covered under Titan’s travel program.
