Front Desk Shift Schedule AM shift: 7:00AM-03:00PM PM shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM Night shift: 11:00PM-07:00AM Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly manner and follow check‑in procedures Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts Follow set policies regarding cash handling Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication discreetly Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day‑to‑day operations Run audit Other duties as required on the checklist provided to each shift Qualifications Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, essential Ability to work in a multi‑tasking, fast‑paced environment Demonstrated strong customer service skills Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays Job Details Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time Pay: From $16.00 during probation, then $16.50 per hour + raises each year Schedule: 8‑hour shift Work Location: One location Work Remotely: No Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr SHRI JI SPRINGTOWN LLC
