Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient operations. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times. Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance and adherence to company policies. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to manage stock effectively and minimize waste. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs in alignment with budgetary guidelines. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and industry regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
