Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cutter to join our dynamic team in Provo, UT. As a Cutter, you will play a crucial role in our production process by accurately cutting materials to specified dimensions. Responsibilities- Operate cutting machines and tools to cut materials according to specifications.
- Review work orders and blueprints to understand cutting requirements.
- Measure and mark materials for accurate cutting.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cutter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with cutting tools and machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
