Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Leadership & Team Development Serve as a right-hand to ownership—partner on strategy, growth, and day-to-day execution Train, mentor, and inspire front desk staff and service providers to achieve individual and team goals Cultivate a supportive, sales-driven, and high-performance culture Sales & Membership Conversion Lead by example in educating clients on our wellness offerings and Lifestyle Program Coach your team to confidently sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products Implement promotions and strategies to consistently drive revenue Spa Operations & Client Experience Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ensure every client receives an exceptional, consistent, and personalized experience Track performance metrics and execute improvements as needed Recruiting & Staffing Build and maintain a passionate team of licensed professionals and spa associates Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring team engagement What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of management experience(spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred) Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of hitting goals Knowledge of skincare and massage services (or eager to learn and promote them) Flexible schedule including evenings and at least one weekend day Natural leader, exceptional communicator, and problem-solver Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonuses Employee discountson services and retail Freemembership at our location (massage or facial monthly) Supportive and empowering ownership culture Career growth opportunities within the Hand & Stone network Franchise Disclosure This location is independently owned and operated.
