Begin an impactful contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting. This position can accommodate one full-time professional or be divided among two to three part-time specialists. Start dates are flexible, with immediate interviews underway as of 9/16 and the potential to continue services through the end of the academic year, depending on district needs. This is an on-site assignment, and your expertise will make a meaningful difference for students across multiple campuses.

What you bring:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (required)
• Experience with school-based caseloads is strongly preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel to several campuses per week; itinerant assignment
• Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) or contribute part-time hours
• Comfortable serving a diverse caseload, including pre-K through high school
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff

In this role, responsibilities include:

• Providing both direct and indirect physical therapy services to students, supporting their educational access
• Collaborating with another PT and a PTA to serve approximately 94 students districtwide
• Managing an itinerant schedule across about 35 schools (23 school visits daily on average)
• Evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized programs
• Documenting progress and communicating results with educational teams, parents, and administrators
• Engaging in district-required onboarding and credentialing steps (badge issued upon completion)
