Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lab Manager who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing accurate results. In this role, you’ll support our sales, account management, and production teams through timely and reliable assay reports.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the analytical and assay lab operations.
• Perform assays according to established procedures and testing methods, including fire assay, XRF, ICP, and wet chemistry while maintaining high standards for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and maintain assay reports and related documentation.
• Oversee sample preparation, chain of custody, and results reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused lab environment.
• Contribute to methodology and equipment optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field is preferred but not required;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) with all levels of the organization;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment;
• Commitment to maintaining quality, accuracy and safety standards.
