Medical Assistant (OB/GYN)


Location: West Chester Township, OH 45069

Pay Rate: $18-$24/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Assignment Length: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

All About People is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join a busy OB/GYN practice in West Chester, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced providers in a patient-focused environment with long-term growth potential.

Schedule

• Day shift hours between 7:15 AM and 5:00 PM
• One late evening per week until 6:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays
• Occasional travel between nearby clinic locations may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and providers during patient examinations and procedures
• Room patients and obtain vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, height, and weight
• Perform injections and blood draws
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record
• Interview patients and update medical histories
• Support front office operations as needed, including:
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Patient check-in and check-out
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications


Required:

• Medical Assistant Diploma or Hands on Experience as a Medical Assistant
• Experience with injections and phlebotomy/blood draws
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred:

• OB/GYN experience
• CMA or RMA certification
• Epic EMR experience
• Strong computer skills
• Front office experience

Department Information

• Collaborative team of physicians and nurse practitioners
• Approximately 25 patients per provider per day
