Quotation Representative

OverviewThis role is designed as a development opportunity within the Quoting organization. Participants will gain broad exposure to quoting processes, customer segments, products, and business operations while building the knowledge and skills necessary for long-term career progression within the quoting function. This position is not aligned to a specific account and is intended to provide cross-functional learning and professional growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer quotations, proposals, and related documentation for equipment, refrigeration, and buy-out items by assembling pricing, engineering, and product informationConfigure Hussmann equipment and develop sales proposals that meet customer specifications and project requirementsProcess and track opportunities, quotes, and orders using company-approved systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely completionInterpret fixture and refrigeration plans, coordinate product specifications with sales representatives, and verify order accuracy prior to releaseObtain freight quotations, maintain pricing tools and templates, and support the ongoing accuracy of quoting resourcesCollaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales Support teams to support quotation development, order processing, and issue resolutionRespond to customer and sales inquiries while promoting effective communication and teamwork across departmentsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, customer or technical support, or a related business environment.
