Assistant Program Manager

Marchon's client is hiring an Assistant Program Manager to join their Communications Office. The position would help guide the overall strategy for the agency's web presence, coordinate with website liaisons and identify opportunities to improve content, user experience, accessibility and consistency across agency web pages. This role would provide strategic direction, planning support and cross-department coordination for the agency's website. This work would build on the important day-to-day website support already provided by the staff member serving as webmaster.

This is an onsite role in Garden City, applicants must reside in Long Island.


Social media strategy and execution

The position would help develop and carry out social media strategy for the agency, including content planning, posting, monitoring and coordination with social media liaisons. This work would support stronger storytelling, more consistent messaging and better alignment across agency programs and schools.


Advertising support and coordination

The position would take a lead role in advertising efforts, including coordination of campaign content, timelines, digital placements and related communication materials. This would help the Communications Office better support program enrollment, public awareness and district engagement. As part of this work, they would be responsible for electronic promotional emails, including those for the Agency's professional development offerings.
