What We're Looking For:
- 35+ years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain a high-performance culture
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
