Job Title Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD) Posted on 06/15/2026 Job Overview 3-4 days a week with at least one Saturday. 12+ hour shifts, no on‑call. Some travel to other SNF clinics within the region may be required. Responsibilities Provide complete ongoing dialysis care for patients at skilled nursing facilities. Troubleshoot clinical issues and make sound decisions regarding dialysis treatment. Coordinate care with SNF staff when necessary. Educate patients, families, and SNF staff on dialysis procedures and self‑care. Supervise Dialysis Technicians to ensure efficient and high‑quality care. Document all patient care activities and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months of RN experience. Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school, or equivalent B.S.N. or three‑year diploma. Experience with chronic or acute hemodialysis preferred but not required. Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Outlook. Willingness to participate in DaVita’s paid, hands‑on training program. Nice to Have Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
