Education High School Diploma or GED. Experience A minimum years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience with had tools, tape measures, and drills. Shipping/Receiving and Welding experience a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Knowledge A solid understanding of production and organizational methods. Self-Knowledge. Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process. Skills Fine-tuned communication skills. Technical Learning. Learning on the Fly. Time Management. Action Oriented.
