1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8-1:30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000.
• Annual Salary: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As an  Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Required credentials to practice occupational therapy.
• Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
• Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.
