Emergency Room Registered Nurse - RN - ER

Schedule: 3x12 Day Shift
*Up to $55/hr for additional shift pick ups*

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program
New York License or compact or willing to obtain
Acute Care experience preferred

As a member of the team, you will enjoy:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including triage, to rapidly identify emergent medical needs
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, maintaining strict adherence to established protocols and standards of care
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and promote effective communication
Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
