Per-Diem Physical TherapistA per-diem Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), position is available in Middletown, RI. The successful candidate will provide consistent therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility located in Middletown. This position provides approximately 12-15 hours per week.Excellence. Stability. Come join our team and be part of our success!Responsibilities and Qualifications:Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility settingWork collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environmentPossess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employedDemonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentationDemonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentationWork well with others in a team settingBe flexible with hours.Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
