Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity for a Manufacturing associate to work 1st shift or 2nd shift and learn and grow, and maintain quality standards.

• Starting at $17 hourly

what you'll do:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses and rotary die-cut machines. 
• Feed machines with cardboard and other production materials. 
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. 
• Load inks, printing plates, dies, and materials according to specifications. 
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements. 
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance. 
• Maintain production records and follow safety procedures. 
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently (up to 60+ lbs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to safety and detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and production processes
• Basic machine awareness
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
• Experience feeding or operating machines is a plus
• Experience with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• Familiarity with working around industrial equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Previous Flexo Press and/or Rotary Die Cut Machine Operator experience preferred.
