Subcontract/Procurement Analyst-Level-2 (Remote)

We are seeking a Subcontract/Procurement Analyst to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will be managing the end-to-end government subcontract procurement process, including preparing RFQs/RFPs, negotiating terms and pricing, administering subcontracts, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and SAP S/4HANA requirements in support of development, production, and sustainment programs.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, and this is a Remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S Citizen
• Mush have 3+ years of experience with the following:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent

* Payment terms

• 1 year of Conus and Oconus experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation: $40-45.96/hr
