About the Role"AgTrust is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce/nCino Administrator to support the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and nCino platforms. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology - gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and helping teams across lending, credit, operations, finance, and customer relationship management get the most out of our enterprise platforms. If you're passionate about business systems, process improvement, and making technology work for people, this is your opportunity to help shape AgTrust's digital transformation strategy."What You'll DoAdminister and support Salesforce and nCino applications, including users, profiles, and permissionsConfigure custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and approval processesBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-makingGather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organizationTranslate business needs into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutionsSupport data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, and auditsParticipate in testing, release management, and system upgradesCreate training materials and support user adoption across the organizationWhat Makes You a Great FitBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.3-5 years of Salesforce administration experienceSalesforce Certified AdministratorExperience in financial services, banking, lending, or Farm CreditExperience with Agile project delivery methodologiesExperience with Salesforce Financial Services CloudExperience with nCino (Preferred)Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (Preferred)Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilitiesBusiness process analysis and requirements gatheringReporting and dashboard developmentStakeholder facilitation and communicationAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentWork EnvironmentFull-time, exempt position with standard business hoursClose collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners across the organizationWhat Success Looks LikeThe Salesforce/nCino Administrator will help AgTrust:Deliver high customer satisfaction and responsivenessDrive strong user adoption and engagement across platformsProvide accurate, timely delivery of enhancementsMaintain high data quality standards and effective issue resolutionWhy AgTrust?Here, you're not just administering a platform - you're supporting a mission.
